Note:
– A membership renewal will not be processed until all required forms have been received in the EFCA office. Everything should be completed and signed.
– All athletes must be members/activity members BEFORE they can practice any EFCA sport.
**FAMILIES LEAVING: If God is leading your family in a new direction and you will not be returning to EFCA, please come by the EFCA Office, to withdraw your student from EFCA. A parent’s signature is required. Your helpfulness in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
Renew Membership – Existing Full Members
(Due July 31st)
In order to renew a membership all of the following items must be submitted:
- A completed copy of the RENEWAL APPLICATION – Download a Membership Renewal Application
- Renewal fee of $165, per year, per family, must be accompanied with your application. The DEADLINE for renewal is July 31st.
- A CHURCH SCHOOL ENROLLMENT FORM completed, listing each child being home schooled, age six and above. Be sure to sign on BOTH of the lines that require parent’s signatures.
Renew Membership – Existing Activities Only Members
(Due July 31st)
In order to renew an activities only membership all of the following items must be submitted:
- A completed copy of the RENEWAL APPLICATION – Download a Activities Only Membership Renewal Application
- Renewal fee of $125, per year, per family, must be accompanied with your application. The DEADLINE for renewal is July 31st.
July 31st is the deadline for the submission of renewals for the school year for which you are applying. All forms and fees must be submitted in entirety and in a timely manner.
